    PEP RALLY
    Pep rally es un término usado en Estados Unidos para referirse a las concentraciones que se realizan antes de la celebración de un partido de fútbol americano o baloncesto en los institutos de enseñanza secundaria o en la universidad. En estas celebraciones, que tienen lugar uno o varios días antes del partido, participan animadores de grupo, una banda de música y tanto los jugadores como los entrenadores tienen que pronunciar unas palabras ante los demás. También se emplea a veces el término pep rally con referencia a los mítines políticos o a encuentros entre los miembros de una empresa para alentar la motivación entre sus afiliados o empleados por medio de la adulación pública o el anuncio de nuevos proyectos o de éxitos futuros.
